Automatic refunds
If a generation fails, the credits it consumed are returned to your balance automatically — you never pay for a broken video.
Purchases
Credit packs are one-time payments for prepaid credits. If you bought a pack by mistake or the service is not working for you, write to support@jev001.org within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund unused credits.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
