Terms of Service

1. The service

hotellobbymigosai turns photos you upload into short AI-generated videos using a ready-made Hotel Lobby scene template. The service is provided by FunCreate LIMITED.

2. Your account

You can sign in with Google or with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Only upload photos of people who have given you permission to use their likeness in a generated video. You must be 18 or older to create an account, and every person appearing in your uploads must be an adult.

You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use the videos you generate.

4. Prohibited content

You may not use hotellobbymigosai to create, upload, request or share content in any of the following six categories:

1. Sexual or NSFW content — pornography, nudity, sexualised depictions of any person, or any content that sexualises a minor.

2. Violence or gore — graphic violence, injury, blood, cruelty, self-harm, suicide, or instructions for harming people or animals.

3. Hate speech — content that attacks, dehumanises or incites hostility against people on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or age.

4. Child safety (CSAM) — any sexual or abusive depiction of a minor, or any content that endangers a minor. This is strictly prohibited, is reported to the relevant authorities, and leads to immediate permanent termination.

5. Deepfakes and impersonation — using another person’s face or voice to mislead, defraud, harass, or falsely imply that person’s endorsement, including public figures and private individuals.

6. Copyright and trademark infringement — using photos, footage, music, logos, characters or other material that you do not own or have a licence to use.

Accounts that produce prohibited content may be suspended or terminated immediately, with credits forfeited where required by law.

5. Reporting violations

If you see content on or generated through hotellobbymigosai that breaks these rules, email support@jev001.org with the subject line “Content report”, including the video or result link, the account involved and a short description.

Reports about child safety are treated as urgent and escalated first. You can also report a generated video directly from the result page using the Report button.

6. Content moderation

Uploads pass automated checks before a video is generated, and reported videos are reviewed by our moderation team against the six categories above. We aim to review standard reports within 3 business days; urgent child-safety reports are reviewed as soon as they arrive.

Where a violation is confirmed we remove the content, suspend or terminate the account, and, for child-safety issues or credible threats, report to the relevant authorities. Repeated violations lead to permanent termination. Moderation decisions can be appealed by replying to the decision email.

7. AI models used

Videos on this site are generated with Google Veo 3, accessed through our model provider kie.ai. Photos are stored privately and are sent to the model provider only for the purpose of rendering your video.

We do not train models on your uploads, and we do not sell your photos or generated videos.

8. Credits and purchases

Each generated video costs 10 credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases, do not expire, and are handled by our payment provider. Failed generations are refunded to your balance automatically.

9. AI-generated content and licence

Videos are machine-generated and may contain visual artifacts. Subject to these terms, you may use the videos you generate for personal and commercial social posts.

You confirm that you hold the rights needed for every photo you upload, and you grant us the limited licence required to store and process those photos in order to render your video.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
